02 — How we work
Every shipment runs on one route sheet.
A named coordinator owns your consignment from the first quote to the release at destination. Nothing is handed to an anonymous queue, so the person who booked the truck is the person answering when the border is busy.

Enquiry & routing
You send the commodity, weight, origin and destination. We propose a mode, a route and realistic transit times against your Incoterms.

Booking & documents
We contract the carrier, confirm space and build the transport and customs file — CMR, invoice, packing list and any permits the goods require.

Customs clearance
Our broker classifies the goods, lodges the declaration and manages inspection and release at the entry, exit or transit point.

Delivery & proof
The cargo is delivered to the agreed terms, and you receive the signed proof of delivery and the closed customs and transport documents.
03 — The company
A Kyiv forwarding house on the record since 2012.
IVAMAR TOV (ТОВ «ІВАМАР») is a Ukrainian limited-liability company registered in Kyiv and working in freight forwarding, customs brokerage and the wider organisation of cargo transport. We sit between shippers and the carriers, ports and customs authorities that move their goods.
The company was entered on the state register on 12 November 2012 under certificate № 274801, and has operated from its Kyiv office ever since. We keep the desk small and the accountability direct — the value we add is knowing the route and the paperwork, not adding another layer between you and your cargo.
